FAQ--Set-up
Quantity of time for Set-up:
45-70 minutes for set-up. The set-up will go much more smoothly
in a quiet location. A sound check is also needed at least 15 minutes
prior to the program to ensure a quality presentation.
What equipment will Dust2Dust Arts need for program?
You will receive all the set-up information 2-4 weeks before the
event that will list the materials you need to supply. Common items
you may be asked to provide include: a couple of boards, a bed sheet,
a tarp, a sound system, and lighting.
Will I need to set up anything for Dust2Dust Arts?
No, we will do it for you! The only requirements are that all the
materials are there 45 minutes before the event and that the sound
person who will be working the presentation is available to do the
sound check. Whatever room/location that is to be used for the presentation
must be available 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
What kind of lighting would I need to provide?
During the drawing portion of the presentation the house lights
will be turned off. A normal stage spotlight will be sufficient
so that the drawing can be seen with the lights off. If the Chalkgal
is driving to your location, Dust2Dust Arts can provide lighting.
