How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20% of the program or the traveling costs, whichever
is higher. The deposit is returned with the program packet to us
and secures your date on our calendar.
How much does a program cost?
There are many factors that affect the cost of a program including
but not limited to: event location, the number of programs, and
the length of stay at the event location. This cost can be reduced
by arranging for multiple programs or by referring other programs
in the area.
Are there any other costs involved in booking a program?
The client is responsible for travel expenses (airfare, rental car,
and/or mileage), hotel accommodations, and meal expenses. Whenever
the Chalkgal travels by car, mileage is $0.38 per driven mile round
trip.
In order to give you the best rate, we encourage you to coordinate
your event with other groups in your area (within 1hr. driving distance).
